Business Energy Helpline is one of the power switching contract businesses  for commercial properties.  Over the last couple of months we have developed this simpel web theme framework which is the new foundation of all our static templates.  In this site we have rewritten the complete  framework to make it more modular, flexible and also extendible.  HDS templates for 2012 are ready to run on the new framework.
